In "Airports Around the World," you got a chance to learn about four notable airports: Los Angeles International Airport, Sydney Airport, Changi Airport, and Heathrow Airport. Here are a few more worth mentioning: Incheon International Airport, Seoul, South Korea - The Icheon International Airport is the largest airport in South Korea. It was one of three airports (the other two being the Hong Kong International Airport and the Singapore Changi Airport) to receive the full 5-star ranking by the aviation research company Skytrax and was named "Airport of the Year" for 2009. Airlines, Airports
Another scare hit the United States onA DecemberA 25th, 2009. After going through Dutch security, a man on board Northwest Airlines Flight 253 set off a device. Thankfully, passengers and the crew were able to prevent anything bad from happening. Had the man successfully carried out his intentions, that tragic event probably would have been known as the Christmas Day Massacre. pic Taking a vacation is supposed to be fun, but it often seems that getting to your destination is not. What can you do without getting frustrated or bored? Luckily these days, many airports are turning into mega malls: offering good dining (often better than airplane food), shopping and even entertainment options to make your whole airport experience easier. Here are four notable airports and what they offer. Los Angeles International Airport...

Is This Your Luggage?

Airports, Europe, Packing, UK
picThrough an article on CNN.com, I came across a quirky website: isthisyourluggage.com. Follow the link, and I bet you will immediately be as intrigued as I was. The Heathrow Airport in London, England, has a glut of unclaimed or "lost" bags. While the vast majority of bags are returned to their respective owners, a small percentage are never reunited with their original owners. However small that percentage may be, multiply it by the thousands of bags that become "lost" in the system every day, and the Heathrow Airport ends up with more bags than with which it...
