New Zealand — Getting There

by Bea August 28th, 2012 | Air Travel, Airlines, New Zealand

What you need is the patience to shop around and browse  as well as good timing. Other articles have been written about purchasing flights on Tuesday afternoons (EST) , flying during the week or on the day after a holiday, and more, but I thought I would

When to Use Frequent Flyer Miles

by Bea May 8th, 2012 | Airlines, Flying, Travel Rules
To the person who flies on an extremely regular basis such as once a week, frequent flyer miles mean nothing. These people are constantly racking up those miles, and so spending them frivolously is not always an issue as the miles counter will get replenished on a regular schedule. However, for those of us who are not constantly in the air, frequent flyer miles are miles that you earn. They are miles that you save by flying or miles that you pick up from a credit card.
