Rainbow’s End is a large theme park that’s located in Auckland, New Zealand. The park, which will turn 30 years old at the end of the year, is home to many exciting rides and entertainment diversions for the family. Altogether they have a total of about fifteen rides, including three roller coasters and two water rides.
Exciting Rides
If adrenaline-pumping rides are what excite you the most, don’t miss Power Surge, a ride with seating that’s fashioned like a star formation, which is then taken up 18 meters and spun around on both horizontal and vertical axises. Then there is Fearfall, another thrill ride that takes you up 18 stories high before dropping you back down. Another ride worth noting is the Corkscrew Coaster, which takes the rider up high up over 90 feet in the air.
Kids’ Rides
Bringing the young ones to Rainbow’s End? Take them to Castle Land, a children’s play area that includes a variety of fun rides for kids including The Space Shuttle, The Jumpin’ Star, Carousel, Bouncy Castle, and more. Other rides the whole family will love include Bumper Boats (pictured), a cool alternative to traditional bumper cars that ensures a splashing good time, and Family Karts, a speedway of excitement for the whole family.
